- 01:00 p.m. How to Trace Your German Ancestry.
- Both lectures will be presented by Glenn R. P. Atwell M. A. (13), well-known Buffalo area genealogist. Glenn is a retired high school history teacher and has been a professional genealogist for over 30 years. He is the founding vice-president of WNYGS and our first editor of the JOURNAL. He is currently assistant editor and on the editorial committee. He continues to contribute articles for the JOURNAL and has published several books on WNY history.
- Reservations are due by September 6th. Cost is $5.00 per person.

- Directions to Orchard Glen: From Buffalo, take the I-90 to the 219 Expressway. Take the Armor Duells Road exit in Orchard Park. Turn left as you leave the expressway. You can see Orchard Glen directly across the road. Take the 1st right onto Armor Duells Road, then right into Orchard Glen. Enter at the main entrance in front of the building. Parking is to the left, behind the main building.
- From the south, take route 62 to Clark Street. Take Clark Street to Armor Duells Road in Armor. Right on Armor Duells Road to just before the expressway, take a left onto Armor Duells Road (just past Duerr Road) then a right into Orchard Glen.
- For anyone interested, a tour of the facility will be available either before or following the lectures.
