October 15, 2004 - WNYGS Purchases Map Guide to German Parish Registers

WNYGS has made the decision to purchase Heritage Creations' upcoming 40 volume series Map Guide to German Parish Registers for the Society library. All 40 volumes will be purchased as they become available during 2004 - 2006.

The following volumes are currently in the WNYGS Library:

• Vol. 3 Mecklenburg, Grandduchies of Schwerin & Strelitz
• Vol. 4 Grandduchy of Oldenburg and Province of Schleswig-Holstein

• Vol. 6 Kingdom of Wurttemberg II, Neckarkreis & Hohenzollern Province
• Vol. 7 Kingdom of Wurttemberg III, Schwarzwaldkreis
• Vol. 8 Kingdom of Wurttemberg IV, Donaukreis
• Vol. 9 Hessen-Nassau I, Regierungsbezirk Weisbaden, Kingdom of Prussia
• Vol.10 Hessen-Nassau II, Regierungsbezirk Kassel, Kingtom of Prussia
